Please note that all orders placed with discounts or special offers are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Warranty Information
We offer a 6-month warranty on our merchandise. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue or provide a replacement.
Replacement Eligibility
You are not eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:
- The product has no defects or issues.
- You placed the wrong order (e.g., incorrect size, color, or product).
- The product does not match the advertised description.
- The product was purchased from local stores or other websites.
Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement, please reach out to us at alias@ourboringcompany.in. If your request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your expense. Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
Accepted Returns
We only accept returns for items shipped by us that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns must include proof of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts intact.
Return Requirements
- Include the original purchase order number from Our Boring Company.
- All returned products should be in the original packaging and free from missing or damaged parts.
- Used products or those with visible wear cannot be returned.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Replacement processing may take up to 7-10 working days from receipt of the returned item.
- We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation to your shipment (especially for international returns).
Product Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with the product quality, you may exchange it for another product of the same price. We do not offer refunds for product quality issues, as all products are inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
